tem uma planilha que combina elementos

é só alargar as colunas para caber as palavras
na tabela amarela se coloca os itens para gerar as combinações
ela vai distribuir em celulas separadas mas aí vc pode concatenar em uma coluna a parte

edcronos essa planilha serve porem seria possivel nos quadrados amarelos que comecam em J
onde sao 3 quadrados gerar tipo uns 30 quadrados?

mas a area é nomeada então é só selecionar a area toda e arrastar para onde vc quer
para aumentar o tamanho é só adicionar colunas no meio que a macro acompanha
