Inserir Linha a Cada Alteração

Boa Tarde.

Tenho uma base de dados e preciso de um código que insira linha toda vez que alterar o Nome Abrev. Coluna G

Poderiam me ajudar? No Anexo tem a base e a forma como eu preciso que fique.
